Avoid sharp turns as this produces excessive lateral forces on track roller flanges and is unnecessary. Stop machine before sharp turns to reduce stress on sprocket and final drives. The transmission was never designed to be used as a brake. Link assemblies and rollers receive severe shock loading during rapid change of direction.
