- Bush Turn
Navigate to Undercarriage, Select UC Dashboard and click search
Select the Equipment you would like to action
Click on the Record Action icon
Clicking on Record Action opens the following screen
– Fill in the Date, SMU, Distance, and Select the side you would like action and enter the WO# (Work Order number)
Under Bushing
- Go to Select Action and select Repair
- Go to Select Action Type, and select Turn Pins & Bushings
- Optional: Add cost of repair
2. Regrouse Shoe
Go to Record Action once you have selected the equipment you would like to action and enter the Date, SMU, selecting the Side and entering the WO#
Under Shoe
- Go to Select Action and click on Repair
- Go to Select Action Type and click on Regrouser Shoe
- Optional: Add cost of repair
3.Swapping Track Rollers
Go to Record Action once you have selected the equipment you would like to action and enter the Date, SMU, selecting the Side and entering the WO#
Under the Track Roller you would like to switch
- Click on Select Action and select Repair
- Click on Select Action Type and select Swap Track Roller Position
- Select which Track Roller you would like to swap it out for from
- Optional: Add cost of repair
4.Swapping Idlers front to Rear and Vice Versa
Go to Record Action once you have selected the equipment you would like to action and enter the Date, SMU, selecting the Side and entering the WO#
Under the Idler you would like to switch
- Click on Select Action and select Repair
- Click on Select Action Type and select Swap Front/rear
- Select which Idler you would like to swap it out for
- Optional: Add cost of repair
Once you have all the actions recorded, click on Save at the bottom of the screen
