Navigate to Undercarriage Inspection
Click on the ‘+ New Equipment’ button
This will open the following screen
- There are now 2 choices ‘Online’ (Internet access available) and ‘Offline’(No internet access)
- Select ‘Offline’
- Enter the Customer name, Jobsite, Model Serial number and Unit number
- Click next
This will open the ’Add New Component’ screen
- Select relevant information
- Then click Save
You will be directed to the Undercarriage Inspection Screen, where you will see the equipment, you have recently created
- Click on the serial number to start inspection
You will be directed to the ‘Equipment Details’ screen
Enter relevant details to inspection, then click next
This will take you to the Equipment Conditions screen
Enter the measurments, images and comments
Then click next
You will be directed to the ‘Components’ page
Click on a component, add measurement and additional information
- Then click next to add measurements to the rest of the components
- Alternatively click to go back to component screen
- Click done once all desired measurements are entered
Click done
You will be directed to the Undercarriage Inspection page
Note: You will only be able to sync your inspection to the web once you have internet access
