Once logged into the Web Portal
Navigate to Undercarriage
Scroll down to Setup
Then click on Setup Equipment
You will be directed to the Equipment Setup screen
Select your Customer and Job Site from the drop-down menus
Then click Next
On the next screen
Enter the Serial and Unit Number
Then select the Make and Model of the equipment
Finally Create Equipment
Once equipment is created you will directed to the Setup Complete screen
To set up equipment undercarriage click on the Setup Undercarriage for This Equipment button
Alternatively, to set up Undercarriage on Equipment
Login to the Web Portal
Navigate to Undercarriage
Scroll down to Setup
Then click on Undercarriage Setup
You will be redirected to the Setup Undercarriage on Equipment screen
If equipment does not automatically load
Use the filter criteria to search for the equipment you would like to set up equipment on
Then click Next
Next you will be taken to the Chain & Frame Details screen
Select the Component specifics from the drop- down menus next to each type of component
Then click Submit
Finally you will be redirected to the Equipment Details screen where you will be able to view all your equipment details
