Navigate to the New Equipment menu item under Implement Setup. Select the customer and jobsite name.
Then, add your equipment details into the form;
As well as any additional information.
From there you can go straight to setting up implements for the equipment however this can be done at any time.

How Do I – Setup undercarriage components?
Navigate to Undercarriage > Setup > Undercarriage Setup
Select Customer - Select from drop down list or begin typing the name of the Customer you wish to select in the drop-down box.
Select Jobsite - Select from drop down list or begin typing the name of the Jobsite you wish to select in the drop-down box.
Select Equipment – Select from the drop-down list
The Make, Model and Family will appear below – then click next
Chain and Frame Details Screen will then appear (not for all families)
Theses are all optional fields simply fill in any required and click next
Components are next
Select from the drop-down selections and then add any details that are known – Brand, Budget Life, CMU, Cost and for Shoes the Size and Grouser Type.
If there are additional components required simply add by clicking on the tabs at the top.
The example below has options for Guard, Track Elongation, Carrier Rollers and further Track Rollers
Review and Save
This screen allows a user to view the details of the undercarriage chosen – click on Submit to save.
You are now able to inspect the Undercarriage on this Equipment
