When syncing an inspection I get an error message, what can I do?
The first thing is don’t panic – we can help you 🙂
Check – is the operating system on your device is up to date, you can do this by looking at the settings.
Try again – does the inspection sync? If there is still an issue take the following steps
1. Send it to the cloud – this is the little cloud icon at the bottom of your screen next to your sync button
2. Contact us on help@tracktreads.com – we will then be able to assist in retrieving your inspection.
