To setup contacts for a Customer – please navigate to the screen shown below.

Select the customer that has a contact from the drop down list below. Then click on Add New User. Any users that are already setup as contacts will be shown in the box below.

Select the user that you would like to have as a contact (This will flow through to the Interpretation Screen allowing you to send reports to that contact)
Then click on Add

The user will then appear as per below.

The User Contact screen works in the same way – but allows you to enter multiple Customers for One user, if this is easier for you.
