Undercarriage
Planner screen added to the tool set – accessible from the Undercarriage Menu. Includes the following screens
- Visual Planner with ability to view entire fleet and various selection criteria
- SMU and PM dates entry screen – enter fleet SMU’s, Distance and PM Service dates
- Maintenance Recommendation Entry – ability to quickly enter recommendations for each component on machine
- Outstanding Maintenance Tasks – provides a complete list of outstanding tasks by machine with ability to mark status
- Included favourites which appear on the above screens – allows fleet to be selected quickly
- Forecast method – whether distance or Hours and whether use manual or system calculated will be set on the Inspections setup page, and also on the Forecast screen
Forecast Screen tab – on Interpretation screen
- Changed average CMU and DOC calculation to the last 3 inspections
- Added ability to estimate % worn on last inspection if not measured
- Updated forecast screen if just the SMU and distance entered via SMU entry screen on Planner
- Forecast screen will also display dates when components will hit 100% and 120% worn. This is replicated to the Planner
- Included the percent worn today on the Inspection History screen controlled by a setting in your preference. Inspection worn today calculates difference between last inspection and todays date and calculates the % worn today based on the wear rate.
Undercarriage Actions Screen
- Fixed case of Frame change without updating segments
Inventory screen
- Costs calculation for chains and Frames has been fixed and will now reflect correctly. Frames are split into initial costs and repair costs. The frame component costs itself is also displayed separately along with kits repair costs
- Fixed issue where could not install on machine from inventory where an action had been completed. Within inventory.
Cost Calculations in Undercarriage Equipment Audit Trail
- Cost per Kilometre columns has been fixed so correctly reflects $/km
- Child component costs are no longer duplicating
Other Undercarriage Issues
- Resolved issue of Inspection Tile disappearing
- Limited ability to edit SN/Unit Number and components to Administrator
- Mobile – measurement images being picked from the web database when different tool picked. Causing the app to crash. Now measurement images are loaded at time of loading equipment so all images are present for the inspection without needing to make a call back to the web and there is no internet present causing the crash.
Buckets, Trays, Frames
- Recalculate button added for recalculating historical CMU
- Fixed historical issues with calculation of life-to-date
- Added dozer blades and push arms
- Included more history in GET Component and Crack popups.
- Created a popup for Question Instructions – adding and editing image and questions in the Modify Implements – Observations page.
- Edit observation coordinates in a single page rather than having to open each obs. point to adjust.
- Mobile – when entering a crack in an inspection, will now automatically select the name for the crack based on the component and the date.
General
- Fixed all mm to inch and Vice Versa calculations on both web and mobile across all modules. Can set in your preferences and on the mobile.
- All inspections on the Mobile now create an Export file. This file can be identified in the Settings menu. The file detail can be viewed by finding it in the Files tab on your device. It will contain a file with the inspections data, and then a separate file for the images.
- Mobile code has been upgraded the latest version of React Native
- Mobile camera feature now allows pictures to be taken using the volume buttons as well.
