GET – Component Rebuild

1. Remove asset from truck

2. Perform a rebuilt including costs

3. Re-install assets back on truck

Navigate to the equipment details

In the Tasks bar select Move asset,

In the Tasks bar select Move asset

A Move Asset modal / pop up will show up.

In inventory details you can see the implement status is Awaiting repair.

Perform rebuild including costs.

The Asset Rebuild tab will now be available as the Asset has been moved to Inventory to undergo a repair.

Select the Asset Rebuild tab and then use the plus symbols to add Repairer and Location, then add the rebuild start date and press Save.

Click the + icon next to Repairer dropdown If the repairer you want to select isn’t listed in the dropdown, you can add them manually and save the changes.

Click the + icon to add a workshop next to Location if it’s not listed in the dropdown. Save and select it in the dropdown

After saving under Asset Rebuild tab you will be on the Component repaired and replaced.

Select the component/s you will be rebuilding.

The green box is to provide a budget for the rebuild costs and hours, which can then be allocated across the components changed.

At each component level displayed, Select the Component, Action Type (Repair or Replace) and then fill labour hours and associated costs against labour, parts or misc. and add a comment.

Once all components are entered along with labour hours and costs, press Save.

On the last tab, “Rebuild Asset Budgets,” select the date the rebuild ended, set the SMU/Hours budget for the next cycle life, and set the budget for BCMs/Tons

Add any necessary comments and press Save to finalise that Rebuild is complete. The cycle number will advance by 1.

Move bucket back to machine noting the SMU and Date correctly

Reinstall asset back on truck

On the Implement Details Page – select the Move Asset Icon

This opens the above tab where the Date and Equipment SMU is recorded.  Select the Inventory – Ready to Use status and click Save

The select the Icon Marked Move Asset again, which will open the following screen

Select the customer, Jobsite and Equipment onto which this bucket will be installed. Most importantly, select the Date and SMU of the equipment on which it is being installed. Then click Save to record the transaction.
