Measure the Monoblock Roller Path Thickness, Drive Lug forward and Reverse and the Track Pad Elongation
Track Pitch – Use the Ruler/Tape Measure – measure 4 complete
Track Pads. Ensure where the start point is the same as the end
point.
1 & 4 TP – Roller Path Thickness – Ultrasonic –NB.
Measure through the entire Track Pad. Measure both
points and use the worst reading. Ensure that the
reading is through the center to the outside of the Track
Pad. If having difficulty obtaining a reading, turn up the
gain on the Ultrasonic Tool to give the signal more
energy.
2 & 3 TP – Drive Lug – Ultrasonic Tool – Forward and
Reverse side of the Track Pad Drive Lug.
