New Chain

Once you are logged in to the Web Portal you will see the search screen

Use the filter criteria to find your equipment

Once you select the equipment

You will be directed to the Equipment details screen

Then select Record Action

You will be redirected to the Undercarriage Repair and Replacement Option

Add the Date of Action, the SMU and the side you are recording the changes on

Once you have found the component in the component overview click on the select action dropdown

 Click on replace

Select New, enter the new components Serial number and select the Old Chain Status

Once completed scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Save/Update

Chain from Inventory

Once you are logged in to the Web Portal you will see the search screen

Use the filter criteria to find your equipment

Once you select the equipment

You will be directed to the Equipment details screen

Then select Record Action

You will be redirected to the Undercarriage Repair and Replacement Option

Add the Date of Action, the SMU and the side you are recording the changes on

Once you have found the component in the component overview click on the select action dropdown

Click on Replace

Select Inventory

Then select an available replacement from the drop-down menu

Once completed scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on Save/Update
