Undercarriage 4.1.11
Release Notes
Web Application
New
- New Undercarriage Actions Screen allows you to record component replacements, with validation of the SMU/Date entered. These replacements will update the undercarriage in the system to show the new component, and will reset the hours to the life of the new component.
- You can now record chain and frame swaps through the Undercarriage Actions Page.
- All actions allow you to record a cost against them, this flows through on the Undercarriage History Page.
- The new Undercarriage History Page gives you an overview of all inspections & actions recorded against components on your undercarriage. It even displays previous components that were removed.
- Undercarriage History Page also displays the total cost of the current components on the undercarriage including setup/installation cost, as well as their cost per hour.
- Undercarriage Setup has been improved to prefill the equipment SMU and date previously entered on the Equipment Setup Page, to help ensure the data entered is more accurate and includes validation check.
- Changes have been made to the Report Format to display both sides of the machine independently with more details which allows different part numbers between the Left and Right Side.
- On the Equipment Undercarriage Setup Screen you can now setup an undercarriage that has different component types on the left and right, and generate a report.
- The inventory page allows you to keep track of all the undercarriages you have, which aren’t currently attached to a machine. If you swap a different chain onto a machine, you will still be able to find the old one, along with its most recent component evaluations, on the Inventory Page.
Bug Fixes
- Component management popup on Inspection Page allows you to change setup/install details of component as long as there is not more than 1 inspection against that machine.
- Component part numbers are in the process of being cleaned up, we are slowly pushing through removing all the duplicates.
- Remaining hours now calculating correctly on Undercarriage Edit Interpretation Page.
- Component hours displaying incorrectly on the Undercarriage History has now been corrected.
- Fixed a bug that was creating duplicate inspections when clicking update on the Inspection Page.
Mobile Application
New
- In the event that an inspection doesn’t sync, photos taken on the app will now be stored with the following naming convention: Serial_Number+Side+Position+Timestamp.
- Mobile service has been re-written with improved stability and various syncing issue fixes.
- App Updates, you don’t need to uninstall previous versions before installing our latest app update. This way you won’t lose any data or unsynchronised inspections.
- In case of the synchronisation process fails, the inspections will remain in the mobile app until successfully copied across to the web application.
Bug Fixes
- ‘New Equipment’ option in the mobile application has been improved so that you can continue to setup the equipment in the main web application when you sync an inspection back in.
- Fixed the scrolling issue where it would jump back to the top of the screen when inspecting the right side.
- Fixed random numbers coming through to the inspection page after synchronisation.
