Web Application
New
- Added a loading bar to show when screen is still processing
- You can now change initial component cost on the Inspection screen
- New screen to manage User Preferences to customize access and type of reports required

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that was not calculating and displaying %worn for chains in Inventory page when measurements were entered
