Replace sliders
- Remove tracks from top of crawler frame.
- Clean top of crawler frame and replace front and rear sliders.
- Inspect the two center sliders and replace if necessary.

Front Slider Part# R82256F1
Rear Sliders Part# R82256F2
Front Idlers
- Remove front idler.
- Once Idler is removed remove Brass Bushings.
- Inspect sleeves in Idler I.D. 13.5100”
- Install new bushings if the Idler sleeves are within spec.
- Inspect front idler shaft.
- Re-install front idler in crawler frame.
- Purge front idlers with grease before returning to service.

- Front idlers effect the life of the load rollers.
- Crawler shoe drive lug trimming.
