1. Define asset – Family, make and model, serial number, asset type, budgets
When setting up any Implement it is important to give the correct Type, Definition and Model. This allows the system to filter assets correctly. These fields are found on the Asset Setup Screen as shown below.
Fill other relevant information then when complete click the ‘save changes and go to next ‘button’

To add schematics, go to the schematic section at the top of the screen, click the Add New button, and upload the image file from your computer.
After uploading the schematics, you can then add Component Types, connect with schematics and add Components
3. Add Component Types, connect with schematics and add Components
Below the schematics section, you can Add Component Types, link them to their respective schematics, and then add Components under each type. This structure helps organize components by type, ensuring each has a connected schematic for easy reference.
To add schematics for you type click the dropdown and choose from the option uploaded to the new component
To add Component type, choose the respective type in the dropdown.
Type out the Component name and for the Make choose one in the dropdown.
After adding a few it should look like the example below
4. Set Component to either Critical, Non-Critical or GET
For Critical components, check only the Critical box; for non-critical components, leave both the Critical and GET boxes unchecked; for GET components, check the GET box and, if the part is critical, also check the Critical box, but if it’s non-critical, leave Critical unchecked.
5. Add different observation points with different question types
Navigate to the schematic section and click on the image of the one you want to edit to add an observation.
After model / pop up appears, click on the image again at the point you want your observation point to be located.
After clicking that point you will land on the second model / pop up where you will then be able to Add different observation points with different question types
