Managing Equipment and Component Families

Looking up an Existing Family:

  1. Either select the Family from the drop down box.
    Or
    Begin typing the name of the Family you wish to view in the drop down box. You will be taken to the part of the listing where the name you have started typing is held.

2. Select the Family you wish to view.

Editing an Existing Family:

  1. Look up the Family you wish to edit.
  2. Make the required changes.
  3. Click Update button – You will get a popup notifying you that update has been made.

Deleting an Existing Family:

  1. Look up the Family you wish to delete.
  2. Once selected, click the delete button – you will be asked to confirm the delete.
  1. Confirm that it is deleting the correct Family and click OK – You will get a popup notifying you that the Family has been deleted.

Adding a New Family:

  1. Click Reset to clear any existing selection.
  2. Add the Family ID and Family Name.
  3. If desired, select an image for the Family 
  1. Click on Add -You will get a popup notifying you that the Family has been deleted.
