Commencing a Frame rebuild using the Mobile Application

Select Workshop Repair Estimate from the main menu.

Select the unit of measurement (default is mm), then select “New WSRE”

Click next at bottom  right of screen to open the following screen

Enter the Customer, Jobsite, Make, Model and select Frame.

You will be prompted to enter the Left and Right-side Frame Serial Numbers.

Once the details have been entered, select Next.

Define the Undercarriage Components that are currently installed on the frame. Turn the mobile horizontally.

Select applicable components for any components circled with red bordered round box,

Once all components selected, then select Save/Return.

Fill the remaining details for the job –

a. Customer Reference Number,
b. Job Number and
c. Old Job Number.

And select Next

This screen is used to collect images as the frame arrives for repair. It is a good place to collect as much information about what has been shipped for repairs and how it arrives.

Enter the Arrival Photos

Customer Reference photos and

Old Tag Photos if required.

Using the Camera function – select the black photo icon. In the screenshot provided, the green photo icon indicates a photo has been added. Once photos have been added (this is not mandatory), select Next.

These are the major components that make up the frame when disassembled. They will be assessed once the frame has been disassembled and cleaned.

Here you can swipe between the Left and Right side by clicking on the arrow in the middle and side of the screen.

Then select which component to inspect to open up the detailed screen for that component

• Each line item can be answered or left blank.
• Refer to the schematic for positioning of the measurement points. If further measurement points are required, please contact Tracktreads Support Team for assistance.
• Add numerical answers into the greyed area
• add images to support the analysis for the observation points.
• Indicate whether the point passes/Fails by toggling to tick, cross or N/A

Proceed through all components

Once all components have been measured, return to the summary level by clicking the Summary Page button in the top left corner:-

Use these screens to measure and photograph the condition of the Undercarriage Components

Navigate to each side frame by clicking the direction arrow in the middle of the screen, or swiping the screen.
Select the component to inspect, by clicking on it. This will open a detail screen to allow the inspector to enter the details of the component measurement. Take images of the component and enter comments.
The Next button navigates the next component in the list. When all components are completed, click the icon at the top left of the screen to return to the summary screen.

Entering Overall Summary Comments of the Inspection

• Click the Next button to navigate to the summary comments screen
• Add Overall Summary and Recommendations Comments to the Left and Right Side Frame and then select Finished. Not arrow to navigate to each side in middle of the screen.

Syncing the data with the Web

Once complete, hit the Finished button which returns the inspector to the  data syncing screen.

• Select the WSRE Estimate so that a blue tick fills the blank circle and then select Sync.
• An alert will advise once the WSRE has successfully synced back to the web application and the screen will no longer show the inspection previously synced.
