SUMMARY
Please select the Evaluation for the Right and then the Left by clicking on the pencil – it will default to X – being the worst
Add and summary comments and recommendations – click on the tick to save the text.
PHOTOS
There are 8 places that you can add any summary photos. Please add any that you have available.
You have 2 options – if the little circle is coloured – it will flow through to the report. If not it will show in the application only.
To remove the photo. Click on the image, and then click delete.
COMPONENTS
This tab allows you to enter the measurements taken of the components, or to simply mark them as “OK”
Measurements – some of these are setup to have a range, any measurements inside this range will be flagged as green and those outside of the range will be shown as red.
Please see the example below.
Cracks
Cracks can be added at the bottom of each component that they have occurred on.
You are able to add new line items if you need to. Each crack can have a comment and a photo.

You can make changes or update the inspection moving around from 1 tab to another until the information is complete.
PDF Report
You can check the PDF – by clicking on this button “PDF”
Emailing Report to Customer
To send to a customer – click on the Send Report and enter the Customers Name and Email address and click on Send.
