Open the web application and select the 1. Undercarriage menu: 2. WSRE: 3. Search WSRE.
The search screen allows you to search for existing workshop repair estimates using various filters and the 3 different inspection types – Chain, Idler and for Frame Rebuilds “Frame”
Here you can change the start date of the WSRE and search for WSREs that were performed at an earlier date and search specific inspections using a range of criteria. In the screenshot you will see that no search was necessary due to the WSRE being performed on the same day as the search occurred.
To view the WSRE detail, click on the line item to open the detail pages. These pages are split into the following:-
Job summary Information
This section contains all data about the job including comments and recommendations split between the left and right side.
Images
This section of the screen includes all images collected on arrival and then recording the failed iron and any other reference images.
Frame Component Data
In this section of the screen, all the frame component measurements, comments and images can be viewed. Any changes required can be made on this screen.
Undercarriage Component Data
The undercarriage components data is viewable and editable on these screens.
Viewing the PDF Report
At any point in time, the PDF report can be run by clicking on the Telerik PDF button in the top right of the screen
Note that for the Frame Component – final measurements on the frame components can be displayed by clicking the Display Final Measurement tick box
