To Create a New Frame Rebuild Inspection and Report – click on the Menu Item “New Workshop Repair” and the following popup will appear.
For any new Frames – please select the Frame Setup Option – or for Frames you have Inspected before, please use the Frames from Inventory
Select the Customer, Jobsite, Make and Model, then select Next
Add/create a Serial Number, Life/Hours on the machine, Budget Life, and the date at which the WSRE is being performed.
In this screen you will also select the components attached to the machine and add any necessary components that are not already attached, then select Next
On this page you can review the components added and select Back if any changes need to be made. Select Create New Work Shop Repair Estimate at the bottom of the screen to continue
Select Left or Right to inspect the left or right-side frame.
Enter the Customer Frame Number, select the date (if not the auto- populated date), Customer Reference, Job Number and Old Job Number and select Start Inspection.
