Finding Implements

1. Navigate to 'My Implements' in the left hand menu on the Web Application.

2. Either scroll or use 'Search' button and fill in the required information to find the record you wish to view.

3. Once you click on the record this will display an overview of the Implement, as well as information about the equipment to which it is currently attached.

4. The three tabs at the bottom of this page allow you to view in greater detail the components, previous inspections and the history of the implement.

Moving to Inventory & Changing Jobsite
  1. Select 'Move to Inventory'.
  2. Enter in information.
  3. Select status from drop down list -
    Awaiting Repair & Undergoing Repair require Repairer and Workshop. Press the plus sign to add additional option or select from drop down list.

 

4. Enter workshop name and save.

5. Click on 'More'.

6. Now that the implement is no longer on an equipment you are able to change the Jobsite.

 

Repairing/Replacing Components
  1. To repair or replace a component press the more button under the components tab.
  2. Choose between 'Replace' or 'Repair'.
  3. Select Implement.
  4. Select Component.
  5. Enter cost.
  6. Enter date.
  7. Enter comment.
  8. Save.
