Creating & Editing Users

Adding a User.

Click the ‘Add User’ button from the menu at the top of the page.

Fill in the required information and then press ‘Send Invite’

Deleting a User.
Users cannot be deleted. If the user account is no longer required, it can be marked as inactive by clicking the ‘Disable’ box.

  1. Lookup the user you wish to make Inactive.
  2. Click the ‘Disable box under the ‘More’ drop down menu.
  3. You will be asked to confirm the update.

Looking up a User.

  1. Select the ‘User’ tab at the top of the screen and either scroll to find the User or start typing their name.

Editing a User.

Lookup the user you wish to edit.

Click ‘More’ and then ‘Edit’.

Fill in the required information in the form and then click ‘Update User’
